HVAC Service Tech

The purpose of an HVAC Service Technician is to provide world-class customer service in all aspects of client interaction. The HVAC Service Technician provides peace of mind to the client through diagnostic, preventative, and routine maintenance, repair service on systems and equipment related to the HVAC Trade, and education on home comfort options.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years prior installation or repair experience in HVAC (required)
• Positive attitude
• Mechanical aptitude
• Clean, professional appearance
• Current driver’s license and maintain insurability
• Strong oral and reading skills
• Capability to work in Northeast Ohio environmental conditions
• Strong commitment to world-class customer service
• Strong multi-tasking skills; phone, computer, and people skills
• Build and encourage a positive work culture and be a willing and engaged team player
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in and out of box trucks
• Ability to be flexible and effectively handle change
• Ability to utilize technology for invoicing and internal/external communication
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications for HVAC
