The Reason A Bartender Isn’t A Brain Surgeon
There’s a reason why a bartender is not doing brain surgery and it’s the same reason the surgeon doesn’t work on your automobile. It’s because each is good at what they do and they stay within their discipline and field of expertise.
The photo above shows why your carpenter should not pretend to be an HVAC technician, or even an electrician for that matter. This horror show started when the carpenter accidentally cut through the power supply to the furnace. This caused the furnace not to work. The carpenter then tried his hands at being an electrician, which still didn’t solve the problem – not to mention creating a potentially dangerous situation in the process. Meanwhile, it’s an unusually cold April day with the temperature dropping below 35 degrees and still no heat on in the house.
So, they did what they should have done in the first place — called Verne & Ellsworth Hann at 216-932-9755. Problem solved.
And hopefully a lesson or two was learned.
Notice: This blog post was not written with the intent to malign any neighborhood bartenders or world renown brain surgeons. And we applaud all carpenters who are good at what they do and do just that.
At Verne & Ellsworth Hann we don’t do brain surgery, make fancy drinks with little umbrellas in them or make custom cabinetry.
We do heating and cooling and we’re really good at what we do.
