Inspected burner assembly, confirming normal blue flame pattern and inspected gas valve connections and control wiring for proper operation.
Performed scheduled Home Plan Heating Tune Up on system. Inspected and cleaned blower wheel assembly to ensure proper airflow operation. Checked burner assembly and gas valve functionality, confirming proper ignition and flame characteristics during operation.
Conducted annual preventative maintenance on customer's boiler system as required by HOA regulations. Performed comprehensive inspection of complete heating assembly including copper piping network, valves, pumps, and digital control panel. System is functioning properly with no issues detected.
