Plumber

The plumbing position aims to provide world-class customer service in all aspects of client interaction. The plumber provides peace of mind to the client through diagnostic, preventative, and routine maintenance and repair service on systems and equipment related to the plumbing trade and education on comfort options.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of residential plumbing experience
• Current driver’s license and maintain insurability
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screen
• Strong oral and reading skills
• Capability to work in Ohio environmental conditions
• Strong commitment to world-class customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in and out of box trucks and work in the Ohio cold and heat
• Ability to utilize technology for invoicing and internal/external communication
• Ability to produce neat, clean, and complete work
• Helpful, a go-getter, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to take personal responsibility to improve as a person and employee. Willing to adapt to our way and systems for superior customer interaction and level of service.
• Ability to explain and educate the customer on our products and services that could help them improve their lives and home life.
